I’ve one question. Whether the schedule of sending e-mails be decided according to the convenience of sender or receiver?

Dr. Goswami, I hope this question is with respect to point no. 5 . Generally speaking there is no way to track the convenience of the email receiver (the customer), the best way should be the sender ( Marketer) sticking to his consistent publishing schedule so that the receiver is familiar with the brand or newsletter.

I believe the schedule should be as per the convenience of the reader. It is him/her we are targeting and emails sent at inappropriate times when most the targeted audience may be busy in something else is a waste of time and resources of the marketer. We should delve into analytics of our email campaigns and see the response rate on various parameters including the timings with the open rate of emails. This will give the insight of when should the next blast of emails should be for our target audience.
