This means your message gets shown only to those who are truly interested in your products and / or services. But that’s not all. Facebook also allows you to have a two-way conversation with your customers, allowing them to give you direct feedback and suggestions. Customers can even review your business, which advertisers could only dream about, five to ten years ago. With Facebook, you don’t just get leads for your business, you build a real relationship which turns most of your customers into repeat buyers.

How can a business like yours take advantage of Facebook right away?

First and foremost, you need to set up your Facebook fan page. This is free to do. A fan page is simply a page on Facebook that represents your business. Think of it like your storefront. It’s where your customers hang out, interact with one another and you also interact with all your customers.
