Approach Adopted By Fusion People:

Fusion People approached Pure360 – A leading email and digital marketing automation provider. Pure360 with their “Pure360 – integration” feature linked their tool with Fusion People CRM SalesForce and their email marketing campaigns all under one roof. Fusion People integrated their 15 websites into Pure360 integration tool which displayed everything from signing up by a customer in any of the websites to activity of the customers  on their email campaigns.

Results Achieved By Fusion People:

Within 3 months of integration, the outcome of their integration was evident. Response rate of their email campaign increased by 7.6%. The highest open rate on their B2C email campaigns whereas, B2B had best click through exceeding 60% – above average industry standards. Furthermore, more than 50% of their mobile app was downloaded from the call to action link on their email campaigns.

      Its even shorter than a standard size of caselet. The strategy portion needs little more inputs. It has mentioned only about hiring an agency. As a reader I look for more inputs.
