Social media is that inevitable domain that has left no one untouched with its impact. The recent developments in profiling and targeting space across all digital platform, have made personalization at large scale possible. Remarketing/Retargeting on Twitter, Facebook & Google and loads of new innovative tools are enabling personalized communication possible across different platforms. Businesses are leveraging these options to ensure there communication being read by relevant audience.

While as a user, we want personalized communication, but we do want to be fooled by “automated” personalization. That means as a business we need to be really careful in leveraging technology. Companies that are not doing it properly are damaging their reputation severely. In this sessions I am expecting great discussion on this interesting topic.
