Disadvantages of Adwords:

Clicks are charged irrespective of conversions, payments have to be made immediately to ensure one’s presence, one has to choose words carefully so as not to exceed the limit it has to be well organised and catchy to bring in the effective response from the consumer. Bidding for common keywords could be very high, bringing down your ROI So, you need to  keep evaluating it to find out what is getting converted and what is not & so on.
