We Are Speaking At AIMA’s 9th National Research Conference On The Future Of Management Education In India

aima-1The All India Management Association or AIMA as it is profoundly known as has been offering a number of not only short-term courses but also long-term courses as well as e-learning courses to the interested candidates. The institution has been a great platform for all those who wish to make a mark in the management sector.

The renowned institution stands true to its name and thus annually conducts a conference by the name National Research Conference. Coming ahead is the 9th National Research Conference which is going to be conducted held on 30th March-1st April, 2015.

Interestingly, enlisted below are the prime objectives of the National Research Conference:

  • To provide a platform where regulatory authorities, policy makers, promoters, academia, students and corporate can share and discuss the contemporary issues and challenges faced by Management Education in India.
  • To share scholarly research on emerging opportunities, challenges and the threats caused due to turbulence in the industry.
  • To analyze and understand the structural changes, policy reforms, curriculum updating, re skilling needs in management area and discussed, debated and suggest way forward to resolve some of these pertaining issues.

In the present day scenario, the sole objective of rendering management education to the students pursuing the set of education is to acquaint them with such a set of information and knowledge that they can readily implement it in their practical lives as well. Moreover, in this ever-evolving world, the challenging concept that arises especially for the Indian business schools is that it is essential to restore the level of confidence in the candidates and imbibe in them the qualities that are required to excel in the particular domains of management.

At the 9th National Research Conference, there will several sessions that will be conducted revolving around different concepts of education and how to reform it as per the needs of the present day world. Amidst all these sessions, one of the sessions that is going to be held on 31st March 2015 will be that on “New Learning Platforms”. In this session, there shall be renowned speakers hailing from different domains and industries & they shall be putting forward their insightful information on how online education shall be beneficial in the long-run.

The list of speakers include Pradeep Chopra, CEO, Digital Vidya.       Its absolute details.. The management graduates in the market soon gave birth to some problems in the form of employability concerns. Also the Indian management institutes are struggling hard to introduce several adaptations because of differences in the work culture system.
