Now it is time to set the systems in such a way that you are on your way to a 1,000 subscribers. The system will take care of the audience aggregation and you would just need to focus on writing good content and promoting it.

1. Collect Email IDs Using Lightbox Popups

Lightbox popups are un-blockable popups which will get email IDs of your visitors.

You should ethically bribe your page visitors to get their email IDs. You should give away a free ebook, a free email course, a seat in your webinar or something of value which doesn’t cost you anything to give away.

Usually it would cost money and it is hard to optimize a landing page for top ranking in the search engines. However it is free to convert your blog visitors into landing page traffic.

This is as simple as linking to your landing page from the various parts of your blog. Here are some ideas to drive traffic to your landing page from your blog:

  • Create a banner and link to the landing page from the sidebar of your blog.
  • Have a link or banner leading to the landing page after every post in your blog.
