Step 5: Install WordPress on Your Website

Let’s start creating website now

Why should you use WordPress

  • WordPress Content Management System (CMS) is the most popular web publishing platform today. In the realm of self-hosted sites, WordPress accounts for 18.9% of all websites. That’s even more astounding when you consider that over 70% of sites worldwide do not use a CMS. It is easy to use and flexible enough for just about anything!
  • Moreover, WordPress is free software. To run WordPress, all you need is a domain and server. (you have already configured that in earlier steps)
  • Developers community has created lots of Themes and Plugins that helps you to get the desired functionality on your website, without investing too much in technology.
