Sandhya Sadananda is a PR & Communications professional with over a decades’ experience in the Communications industry, where she has experienced the entire gamut of being with an agency to orchestrating things from the corporate side of the fence to heading her own agency.
Sandhya’s experience in the communications industry spans various sectors including lifestyle, personal care, telecom, FMCG and IT amongst others. She started her career in 2000 with IT specialist PR agency, 20:20 Media where she played an instrumental role in launching the internationally renown Linux company, Red Hat, in India. She then moved to work on the Lifestyle, Entertainment and Telecom sectors with Genesis Burson-Marsteller and worked on brands and properties like the Lakme India Fashion Week, Set Max and Vodafone amongst others.

In her current avatar, Sandhya is a Head Maven at Windchimes Communications and heads Client Servicing at the organization. In her role, Sandhya leads the client servicing team at Windchimes to come up with interesting social media innovations for brands like Infosys, HDFC Bank, Aegon Religare, Ponds, ITC Hotels, CII – ITC, Delhi Airport, Cairn India, Lakme and HCL amongst others. Sandhya also spearheads the online reputation management efforts of the organization for companies like Hindustan Unilever and GMR Group amongst others.
