What prompted you to learn Data Science & why?
Supratik De: Since I was from Mechanical background and core industries these days relies on automation which is considered to be a central skill in 20th century, so I decided to switch my career in Data Science. Learning Data Science with an add on of core knowledge will definitely help me in the future. Be it any industry every industry uses Data Science to improve its business and predicting what should be done to resolve business problems.

Supratik De: Yes it played a vital role in the learning part, we were asked a question on the spot and our doubts were cleared within the class.
What kind of help did you receive in doing your assignments?
Supratik De: We were given assignments after every class and I would say those assignments really helped me build a really good understanding of about python programming and Data Science. My trainer Mr.Rohit Kumar was very helpful throughout the course.
How good was your experience in doing the project?
Supratik De: The project was the sum-up of all the skills that were taught in the class and it gave us an insight into how a Data Scientist works. We were given a project on NLP language on the IMDB dataset.
Was the placement process organized, did you benefit from it?
Supratik De: It’s too early to comment on this as I have just finished the course and my interviews are going to happen and I do have the trust and faith that Digital Vidya will guide me through to my dream job.
