Airtel is a leading global telecommunications company which has always captured viewer’s admirations through their amazing line of advertisements and beautiful musical scores of Rehman. It is also now setting its foot imprints in World of Social Media. Recently Airtel‘s new logo launch drew lot of controversies, there was lot of negativity for new logo. Some fans complained that new logo is similar to Videocon and Vodaphone logos, some said it is hybrid of these two so they don’t want this new one; but despite of all these strong negative views of consumers, Airtel decided to revamp its logo.

Unlikely to this when GAP faced a similar situation; it continued with its old logo heeding to their loyalist’s voices.

Living in Social Media world where Consumer Is King, isn’t Airtel’s intentional avert to consumer voice a big blunder? In addition to this their Facebook futile attempts are still continuing.
