SMM is a very important clog in the wheel of all the digital marketing channels available on the web as it has more number of users. People have gone from the times of exchanging business cards to exchanging the Facebook/Twitter accounts… Social Media is one platform where in the customers’ opinion is voiced out which very much influences the buying behavior in his ‘Circle’.

True that. Social networking sites entertain you while bombarding you with knowledge and advertisements. The share option in various sites does wonders. Also, these sites help you reach a larger audience and put your products and services in front of them. It is a great platform for publicity.

Very nice article with well put facts. But does every business need to be a part of the ongoing social media revolution? For eg. McDonalds attracts more negative publicity than positive sparks through the social media.
