Job Description

  • Client Acquisition & Business Development: You’ll be responsible for generating opportunities/ leads through networking, industry seminars, leveraging the existing relationships, etc.
  • Unlock new opportunities: You will have to always keep an eye on new opportunities. You’ll help unlock new industry requirements, create proposals and close the deal with them. Always be ready to do market research, and understand the current trends and customer needs.
  • Client Focus & Fulfilling Requirements: Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet those requirements accordingly. Maintain a strong client focus for a long-term relationship with the brand.
  • Ensuring Customer Delight: Working in close interface with the internal team and ensuring the client’s requirements are met along with the right placement of the student. This will showcase the delight at both ends, client, and student.


  • Graduate or Post Graduate ( MBA )


  • 3-5 years

Skills & Knowledge

  • Must be confident & self-motivated.
  • Good negotiation, convincing & client servicing skills.
  • Innovation and problem-solving skills.
  • Good presentation & communication skills.
  • High proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Proven experience in a Business Development role.
  • Understanding of basics of Digital Marketing. (Optional)
