Job Description
- Providing counseling face to face, over the telephone, or online.
- Building a relationship of trust and respect with clients.
- Listening to clients’ concerns, empathizing with them, and helping them to see things more clearly or in a different way.
- Connecting with the students/Working professionals and entrepreneurs from the database provided by the company and referring them to the courses provided by us.
- Counseling of all walk-ins and effective follow-up with the prospects on a regular basis and converting the walk-ins into closures.
- Meet given target Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly.
Qualification
- Graduate or Post Graduate ( MBA )
Experience
- 0-1 year in Sales
