Following are key metrics used to analyze the performance of your  Email Campaigns

  • Open Rate: It is the number/percentage of people who opened your email.
  • Click Rate: It is the number/percentage of people who clicked on any link in your email.
  • Unsubscriptions: It is the number of people who unsubscribed from your email list.
  • Marked Spam: It is the number of people who marked your email as spam.

What is to be done?

  • Go to dashboard and look for the above email’s report to analyze its performance based on key metrics. By the way, did you get 50%+ Open rate! Wow! Your subscribers are really interested in your content.
