STEP 8: Test your Email

Test before anyone else reads it.

Email Marketing has a thumb rule, which is “always test your email before sending”. Testing your email is necessary for looking how the mail would be going to the audience. Before shooting the email campaign, via this process we can look if something got missed out or needs to be updated etc.


  • It is recommended to get the mail reviewed by at least 2 people. One would be you and 2nd could be any of your colleague, just to make sure everything is correct.

What is to be done?

  • Now click on “Preview & test” > “Send a Test Email”
  • Put your email id, and check your inbox for the mailer
  • Do necessary changes in the mailer, if needed after testing
