    Who is the Speaker?

    Shekhar holds two master’s degrees - one each in Marketing Management and Pure Physics. He has over 24 years of experience in Advanced Analytics and Marketing Research, a chunk of which has been with leading MNCs in leadership positions. He has over 2 dozen Advanced Analytics & Market Research models to his credit. At Facts ‘n’ Data®, he is a partner and Principal Consultant and devotes most of his time to StatLabs®, where he experiments with development and deployment of Statistical and Mathematical models in functional areas such as Operations Research, Marketing Analytics & CRM, SCM, Web Analytics, to name a few. He also dons the role of Chief Data Scientist in which capacity he develops and deploys Analytical Algorithms across industries. He is also known for deploying Text Analytics and Social Media Analytics for Competitive Intelligence.

    He also served as National Consultant (India) to the United Nations International Development Organization (UNIDO).

    He is a SAS Certified Predictive Modeler and is an advanced user of “R”, SAS, Python, IBM-SPSS, Weka, and Knime family of tools.
