Job Description

  • Efficiently manage multiple clients of the company in terms of providing training
    service and making sure quality parameters of company to ensuring client
    satisfaction, retention and billings growth.
  • Coordinating with the internal team, trainer and client to deliver the project at
    defined timelines.
  • Responsible for growing the billing by getting repeat business from the existing
    client.
  • Involved in research and preparation of proposals for exiting client and for new
    client.
  • Most importantly, should have experience handling bigger corporate clients.

Qualifications

  • Graduate, MBA(Marketing)

Experience

  • 2-4 years of Experience in Client Servicing.
  • Worked in a similar industry (e.g. Digital Marketing Service Provider)

Skills & Knowledge

  • Passion for Digital Media
  • Good understanding of various Digital Marketing channels like SEO, SMM,
    Google AdWords, Website and Analytics etc.
  • Exceptional Written Communication Skills
