We want you to feel confident about your decision to join Digital Vidya. If you decide not to continue with the training, you can request a refund within 7 days from the date of your first scheduled training session.
If the refund request is received within the applicable 7-day period, the eligible refund will be processed through the same payment channel used to make the payment. Please note that a ₹5,000 administration and processing fee will be deducted from the amount paid before the refund is processed.
Where enrollment is made through an Credit Card EMI, financing arrangement, or third-party payment provider, the refund will be processed in accordance with this policy and the applicable terms of the payment provider.
Any interest, financing charges, convenience fees, processing fees, or other charges imposed by a bank, financial institution, EMI provider, or payment gateway may be governed by their respective terms and may not be refundable by Digital Vidya.
Refunds generally take approximately 7–10 working days to process, depending on the payment method and the respective payment gateway/bank processing timelines.
We are committed to delivering high-quality training and valuable learning experiences. Therefore, we follow a strict no-refund policy after 7 days from the first scheduled training session.
After 7 days, the course fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. We encourage you to carefully review the course details, curriculum, training format, and other terms to ensure that the program meets your expectations.
