As Director Marketing at Microsoft India, Hitu leads the Commercial Marketing team that generates marketing led revenue through cutting-edge digital, social, in-person and immersive campaigns. Her team delivers campaigns across businesses including large enterprises, small and medium business, industry, and public sector; with audiences including CXOs, Line of Business Heads, Govt. Bureaucrats, Policy Makers and IT Professionals .

A keen Mar-tech, big data & analytics enthusiast; she believes that forces such as data, technology and content can be harnessed by marketers today, to deliver more meaningful and impactful customer experiences at every touch point along the decision and usage journeys

With ~17 years across multiple roles in three companies : Microsoft, McKinsey and 3Com, Hitu has gained expertise in Problem solving, Business Strategy & Operations, Brand Strategy, B2B Marketing, Marketing Communication, Channel and Business Management. A FMS (Faculty of Management Studies) alumni, she is known for her enthusiasm, focus, fun-yet-professionally guided modis operandi with a strong ability to challenge the status quo and think innovatively!
