Social media is that inevitable domain that has left no one untouched with its impact. Here is what Kapil has to say and anticipates from the MSMW 2015:

The recent developments in profiling and targeting space across all digital platform, have made personalization at large scale possible. Remarketing/Retargeting on Twitter, Facebook & Google and loads of new innovative tools are enabling personalized communication possible across different platforms. Businesses are leveraging these options to ensure there communication being read by relevant audience.

While as a user, we want personalized communication, but we do want to be fooled by “automated” personalization. That means as a business we need to be really careful in leveraging technology. Companies that are not doing it properly are damaging their reputation severely. In this sessions I am expecting great discussion on this interesting topic.

Interestingly, amongst plenty of other sponsors and media partners, Digital Vidya is also the Media Partners for the Malaysia Social Media Week (MSWM) 2015. Digital Vidya was associated with Malaysia Social Media Week last year as well.

So, block your seats now and leverage the art of deciding which is better: ‘personalizing or going general’ when it comes to social media optimization for the brands.
