Beginner’s Guide to Facebook Business Manager

If you are into online marketing, you must have heard of Facebook Business Manager.

As the name suggests itself, Facebook Business Manager arranges the essentials that you require for managing your Facebook accounts in an adept fashion. It puts everything related to your needs at one place.

In this Facebook Business Manager tutorial, we will let you know more about Facebook Business Manager and how it can manage your pages and other essentials.

There are 3+ million advertisers on Facebook, and Facebook Business Manager offers them the ability to manage and channelize all accounts simultaneously.

According to HubSpot-

Facebook Business Manager is a tool to help you create, publish, monitor, and report on various business-related assets, including your business’s Facebook Pages, or your Facebook advertisements.

Let us deep dive into it-

5 Steps to understand Facebook Business Manager

1. Why should you use Facebook Business Manager?

If you want to stay focused on your work then you must consider using Facebook Business Manager.

You will be directed to your Facebook assets as you log in to your Business manager where you can manage your Ads manager, pages, Facebook power editor and other assets as well which are related to your business. Notifications and your personal news feed won’t be displayed while this process.

Another important aspect of Facebook Business manager that urges you to use it, that it can increase the overall security of your account as well as keep your things arranged.

You might be managing more than one Facebook account, page or other essentials either for your clients or for yourself which may be creating issues while shifting as well as it is not easy to run everything smoothly at a single time.

With the help of the Business Manager, you can easily keep an eye on every single page or other essentials.  If someone who no longer works for you is having access to these assets and you want to block their access then this feature can be really useful.

You can do this by simply removing their access from the people section in Business manager rather than by removing them from each and every asset.

If you are using Business manager then you need to assign roles to each and every people for your pages, accounts or other essentials rather just assign roles to your business manager and you don’t need to communicate with them.

2. How to set up Facebook Business Manager?

Different steps involved in understanding how to set up Facebook Business Manager suggested by Facebook Business Manager Tutorial are-

Step 1. Create a Facebook Business Manager Account

You will have to create a business manager account no matter if you are having just a personal Facebook profile or even a Facebook page.

Step 2. Add your Facebook Business Page(s)

At this step of mastering how to set up Facebook Business Manager, you can either create a new Facebook business page or if you are own one already then add it. Access to someone else’s page can also be requested if you are working for your clients by managing their pages.

If you are managing your client’s Facebook page and other essentials then it is better to request the access rather than adding their account on the Business manager as adding the account on Business manager will limit their own access to their page which might disturb your business relationship.

In this post, we will consider that you are going to manage your own assets and not doing it for your clients so you will have to focus on a few things on your own.
